No reservation is complete until confirmed/ticketed. Once your reservation is confirmed/ticketed, you will receive confirmation with your itinerary details. You are responsible for reviewing all reservation information provided to you for accuracy and content. You may contact us within 24 of receiving your confirmation to correct any discrepancies. If, within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation, you fail to contact us, you shall be deemed to have acknowledged that your itinerary is accurate as delivered and that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions related to your purchase. If you submit a reservation in error, you should contact us immediately. However, unless otherwise stated, most reservations cannot be transferred, changed, upgraded, or canceled/refunded by us and/or the travel provider(s).
We are not responsible for any change in fare (or any other changes) or any transaction that is declined based upon a credit/debit card that is declined by the issuing institution or a travel provider or if, for any reason, the credit card billing address cannot be verified in a timely manner.
